Magma is the first film in a series of short films that embrace and discover movement through camera.
The films are shot in the extreme and wild landscape of a remote group of islands in the North Atlantic Ocean, the Faroe Islands.
The extreme and uncontrollable weather conditions play an important and forceful character in the films. The fragmented stories are unravelled in these open and empty landscapes where the atmosphere is dark and mysterious yet visually beautiful and breathtaking.
